My favourite memory is watching a Special Olympics relay event back in the 1980s.
One team dropped the baton. Everyone else came to a standstill, someone from another team picked up the baton and handed it to the guy that had dropped it.
Then they all completed the race.
For me it captured the true spirit of sport for all.
I have many memories of sport - both as an international performer and as a coach, not to mention my Olympic Torch moment - but this memory is the one that makes me smile the most.
