Over 50 years I have seen many memorable sporting moments, but it is from the 2012 Olympics that one really stands out. It has to be Mo Farah's 'double' in the 5,000 and 10,000 metres. It made the hairs on the back of my neck stand up! Martin Meechan

On the 4th August 2012, the "Super Saturday" of the London Olympics, Mo Farah won the 10,000 metres and then, on the 11th, returned to win the 5,000; this was the eighth time that this double had been achieved.
